Le secteur compte 3,5 millions d'employeurs directs et 2 millions d'employés répartis dans 2 branches: les services à la personne et l'assistance maternelle. IPERIA joue un rôle majeur dans la professionalisation des travailleurs à domicile.
La Fédération des Particuliers Employeurs de France créée 1948, représente 3,5 millions d'employeurs en France. Ces employeurs particuliers représentent 86% de l'emploi des services à domicile comme l'aide à la famille, l'aide au séniors et aux personnes handicapées, ou la garde d'enfants. Le principal objectif de la FEPEM est d'accompagner les employeurs particuliers dans leur relation avec leurs employés en fournissant un cadre legislatif à cette relation singulière et en simplifiant les procédures administratives pour les employeurs.
Telecentre Europe is a not-for-profit International Association (AISBL) based in Brussels, Belgium. It inclusively supports the network of European Telecentre organisations by fostering knowledge sharing and learning amongst its members. This increases the impact and effectiveness of telecentresthroughout Europe. A Telecentre is a publicly accessible place where people can get help to access computers, the internet and other digital technologies that enable them to gather information, create, learn, and communicate with others. In doing so they develop essential 21st-century digital skills to enable them to find better employment opportunities, to participate meaningfully into society or to improve and transform their lives. Typically they are Public Libraries, Education Centres and Voluntary or Community Organisations.

The Instituto per la Ricerca Sociale is a wholly independent, non-profit cooperative company that has consolidated its presence in the national and European research market since 1973. Thanks to its participation into well-known international research centres networks and its close relationship with the academic environment IRS brings a significant point of view into the scientific debate as well as continual innovation and update in research and study methodology. Over 40 researchers partners in the company as well as a wide network of professional consultants guarantee and maintain the excellent quality standards of IRS’s work.
The Università di Macerata was established in 1290. At the moment, the university staff consists in 656 people, divided into teachers, researchers, administrative and technical staff. The University has seven faculties: Law, Political Science, Cultural Heritage, Education Science, Humanities, Economics and Communication Science. Five on seven are fully available through distance education. Didactics and research are supported by the services of university centres for International Relations, Language Learning and Teaching, job training and guidance, Library Services and e-learning, multimedia and ICT. Since 2004, CELFI-e-learning and multimedia centre has been established at Macerata University. CELFI designs, manages, and update technical devices for the university networks, gives services and support for ICT use, organizes e-learning activities and it develops innovative projects within and outside the university, carries out researches and tests in e-learning, multimedia and informatics, together with Italian and international institutions.

Arcola Research is a limited liability partnership (LLP) - an independent research organisation based in London. The organization has five core partners and is supported by a network of Associates. It belongs to an extensive network of international researchers and evaluators – including the Tavistock Institute, based in London, and the MENON Network, based in Brussels - that gives access to a worldwide knowledge base and community of practice. The Director of Arcola Research is Dr Joe Cullen, former Academic Dean of the Tavistock and currently its Principal Associate. Dr Cullen has an international reputation and wide experience in research and evaluation- with a particular focus on technology evaluation and RTD impacts analysis, e-inclusion, e-learning, issues affecting young people and ‘science in society’.
The European Distance and E-Learning Network (EDEN), established in 1991, as European Distance Education Network, is the most comprehensive European association in the field of open, flexible, distance and e-learning. Its aim is to foster developments in distance and e-learning through the provision of a platform for co-operation and collaboration between a wide range of institutions, networks and individuals concerned with open, flexible, distance and e-learning in Europe. This is done by the information and networking activities in the membership, by the organisation of European conferences and publications.
Fundatia EOS - Educating for an Open Society Romania is a private, non-profit organization established in Romania in 1998. EOS Romania main goal is to facilitate open society and sustainable development in Romania, by enabling members of communities to acquire social and economic entrepreneurial abilities through the application of ICT. With an experience for more than 11 years, EOS developed methodology, provided e-skills related training to adult audience, developed online training tools, delivered certificated courses, coordinated and participated in EU and nationwide projects. In time we developed good and long term partnerships with target organizations in Romania: Ministry of Education and Labour Ministry, State Employment Agency, Local municipalities and NGO sector.
Latvian Information and Communication Technology Association (LIKTA) is a non-governmental professional organisation, encompassing the ICT industry and ICT professionals, established in 1998. The principal objective of LIKTA is to promote and further the development of Information Society in Latvia.LIKTA works toward increasing e-awareness in society and takes an active part in preparing and implementation of professional ICT and digital skills programs for everyone. LIKTA holds charitable status since 2005 and educational institution status since 2008.

Latvijas Samariesu Apvieniba (LSA) is the biggest non-governmental organisation in Latvia. LSA is not related with politics and religion, they are public benefit organization with dynamic growth. LSA mostly in Latvia is known as provider of first aid, care in home, assisted living houses, telecare (safety button), medical care, specialized transportation and medical inspection. LSA has been certified as a provider of social services, medical and educational institution.
